Professional experience

Over two decades I have progressed through technical roles into project management and then into strategic account and relationship management. I have worked across government, consulting and technology startups in Australia, the UK and the USA. My career has focused on emerging technologies and on taking on larger and more complex projects over time.

Technology development, implementation and strategy, 10 years experience: Expert systems, systems engineering, project management and strategic account management with Softlaw, Accela and Open Data Connect. Locations include Canberra, London and New York.
Consulting 12 years: Program management, governance, internal audit, IT audit and enterprise risk management for major government clients in Canberra, Melbourne and New York.
Volunteering and governance: Wikimedia Foundation, Audit Committee Advisor (2016–2025). GovHack Australia, National Board Member and ACT State Lead (2018–2019). Australian Institute of Professional Photography (2010–2011). Djarragun College, Far North Queensland (2011).
