- Strategic Account Management – NYC and North East USA
Retained existing business and generated new sales. Primary executive point of contact for strategic clients in the North East with over $2m USD in recurring revenues. Clients included the City of New York, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the City of Pittsburgh and the City of Boston. - Program Management Office – Affordable Care Act Exchange
Led the Program Management Office (PMO) for the Connecticut State Implementation of the Health Insurance Exchange (part of ACA). My PMO team of five staff managed the risks, issues, scheduling, and supported communication with the oversight Federal Agencies for this 20 month $100m USD project. - Organization Strategy Review – National Telecommunications Ombudsman
Reviewed the high level objectives, outputs, and governance structure of the largest ombudsman in Australia. I managed the overall engagement and led the work stream that analysed the organizations operations and finances. - Organizational Design and Cost Consultancy – Establishment of National Regulator (National Heavy Vehicles)
Built a costing model and developed organizational design options for a new National Transport Regular to be created from the amalgamation of state based regulators. This series of engagements covered governance, fiscal projections, workforce planning, and shared service opportunities. - Strategic planning for major organizational restructure
Developed the initial Strategic Plan to roll 13 separate agencies (with a combined 25,000+ staff) into a single entity over a five year period. I was a manager in the work force transition work stream, and analyzed the current state and options for the amalgamated entity. - Strategy Refresh – IT Transformation Project
Refreshed the strategy, objectives and scope for the project to replace the Victorian Roads and Licensing System. I was a manager within the work stream that analyzed various alternative options with IT solutions. - Internal Audit Manager
Led small teams in the scoping, planning, executing, and reporting of internal audits in Canberra and Melbourne. Engagements included the following: IT system reviews (pre-implementation and post implementation), workforce planning, business continuity planning, PMO reviews, and tendering and contract management. - Systems Development – National Welfare System
Contributed to development of a national welfare account management system (CASU), that was implemented at over 700 customer service offices. During this project I worked on the logical design, requirements validation, front end screen design and intelligent screen flow.

- Board Member – GovHack Australia (2019-current)
Leading the refreshing of strategic planning, governance and risk management within the organisation. - Audit Committee External Adviser – Wikimedia Foundation (2016-current)
External advisor to the Audit Committee for the Wikimedia Foundation, during a period where the organization refreshing its long term strategy. - Board Member – Australian Institute of Professional Photography (2011-2012)
Introduced and helped embed more mature strategic planning and risk management processes. Led a two facilitation to define and clarify the strategic objectives of the organization. Resolved a conflict between the Board and the Executive Officer regarding a bonus payment. - IT Infrastructure Requirements Review – Djarragun College (2010)
Developed IT infrastructure (software and hardware) requirements for a model indigenous school. My report was then used by corporate donor (CISCO) to inform which hardware had the potential to make the most impact.
